Additionally, to demonstrate our commitment to transparency, we allocate 30% of all The Transparent Company revenues to a ring-fenced pot called The Fund. This pot of money currently contains $638 and is available to anyone who wishes to make a claim through the bounties and proposals listed below. We believe this openly available pot of money is a great way to show our dedication to transparency and fairness.
- 20% – Error Bounty – anyone can by name or anonymously submit that The Transparent Company has performed a non-transparent operation, this includes information published on our YouTube channel. We do this to ensure we stay in line with our principles.
- 30% – Internal Proposals – these are submissions made by the public in order to pay for works which can make our system better. We do this to ensure we continue to innovate.
- 50% – External Proposals – these are submissions made by the public in order to build new external solutions which meet the requirements of The Transparent Company. We do this to propagate our ideas.
