A New Kind of Retreat
New evidence suggests that a period of calm after a psychedelic experience may be beneficial. This is an opportunity to get away from modern life and retune yourself into a way of living you were made for.
Psychedelics will not be provided however, we welcome people who are already in a state of neuroplasticity through the use of Pivotal Mental States.
Set within the ancient landscape of the Royal National Park, this 7-day retreat is both self-directed and gently guided by Voytek Bereza.

1. Digital Silence
A full disconnect from phones, social media, and screens. Devices are stored safely away upon arrival (for emergencies, a central landline is available).
2. Sensory Reset
- Forest bathing: Slow, intentional walks in nature.
- Barefoot grounding: Time on sand, soil, grass.
- Soundscapes: Natural ambient sounds instead of music—wind, water, birds.
3. Nourishment Rituals
- A diet crafted to support neuroplasticity
- Seasonal, whole, locally sourced foods prepared with care
- Communal meals eaten in silence.
- Herbal teas, no caffeine or processed sugar.
4. Mindfulness & Psyche
- Daily meditation (guided and silent)
- Journaling prompts to reconnect with personal values and inner dialogue
5. Simple Living
- Candlelight after dark
- Sleeping with natural light cycles
- No mirrors, no clocks—let the body set the pace
6. Pivotal Mental States
- Daily supplementation with locally grown lion’s mane to support neuroplasticity.
- Every second day, we will do a 20 minute run to the beach and cold plunge in the sea.
7. Integration Toolkit
Before leaving, participants build a personal “integration plan” to bring parts of the detox home: maybe it’s a tech curfew, a silent morning, or a weekly screen-free day.
